Chart of the Day: Private home sales in CCR declined in Q1

There was a 40.8% decline in private homes sold compared to the previous quarter.

OrangeTee cited URA Realis data in its latest Private Residential Trends report, which showed a 40.8% decline in private homes sold in Q12022 compared to Q42021, to 885 units from 1,444 units sold. 

The best-selling new condos in CCR for the quarter were Leedon Green, The Avenir, and Kopar at Newton (37 units).
