Condo resale volumes rise by 3.0% MoM in August
Over 800 units got resold during the month.
The number of condo units resold in August hit 880, translating to a 3.0% increase from July’s record of 854 units.
The August volume, however, was 16.6% lower than the August 2022 record, according to 99.co and SRX.
The latest figure is also 8.3% lower than the five-year average volumes for August.
Of the total units resold during the month, 51.2% of the volumes were from the Outside Central Region (OCR), 31.2% from the Rest of Central Region (RCR) and 17.5% from the Core Central Region (CCR).
