Fewer HDB upgraders bought condos for at least $5m in 3Q23

Only 12 units were transacted for at least $5m.

Fewer buyers with HDB addresses brought condos worth at least $5m but less than $10m, data from OrangeTee showed.

According to a report, only 12 units with a $5m-$10m price range were transacted in 3Q23, lower than the 15 recorded in 3Q22.

Condos transacted in 3Q23 came from projects such as Wallich Residence, Ardmore II, Klimt Cairnhill, 19 Nassim, Cyan, Cliveden at Grange, Cairnhill Astoria, Cityvista Residences, Terra Hill and Sceneca Residence.

The number of HDB upgraders who bought condos with a $3m-$5m price range also fell to 112 units in 3Q23 from 133 in 3Q22.
