Frasers Hospitality has opened its first hotel residence in the Vinh Phuc province of Northern Vietnam.

Modena by Fraser Vinh Yen comprises 88 fully furnished serviced apartments, including studios and one- to three-bedroom units.

The development's amenities include an outdoor pool, two sauna rooms, a 24-hour gym, and an indoor play area for children 12 years and below.

It is also near Kim Ngoc Food Street, Vinh Yen train station, and the Noi Bai International Airport.
