Hong Lai Huat, The Assembly Place to develop projects in Cambodia
The parties aim to formalise several initiatives within the next 60 days.
Hong Lai Huat Group Limited has partnered with The Assembly Place (TAP) to manage its real estate and property development projects in Cambodia, aiming to bring Singapore’s project management standards to the Kingdom whilst introducing the co-living concept.
The partnership outlines several key initiatives, which are expected to be formalised within the next 60 days through a binding agreement.
The parties will conduct a feasibility study for the fitting-out of units in Tower A and Tower B of the Royal Group Platinum project, exploring how these units can be prepared for sales and rental purposes.
Similarly, the feasibility of fitting out residential units in the North and South Towers of D’Seaview Phase 2 will be assessed. This move is expected to improve market readiness and appeal to prospective tenants and buyers.
Additionally, Hong Lai Huat and TAP plan to collaborate on increasing tenant occupancy for commercial shophouse units at the Royal Group Platinum project.
The collaboration will also extend to sales channel development, leveraging TAP’s extensive network to establish new sales channels in Singapore, Hong Kong, and China’s key markets for Hong Lai Huat’s current and upcoming projects.
TAP will provide ongoing after-sales asset management services for property investors, buyers, and purchasers of the group's properties in Cambodia.
