Hong Leong to unveil Lentor Hills Residences

Sales booking for the five-tower property will begin on 8 July.

Hong Leong Holdings will be launching the Lentor Hills Residences in District 20 of the new Lentor Hills Estate on 24 June.

In a statement, Hong Leong said the property, which sits on around 184,461 square feet site, includes five towers that range from eight to 23 storeys.

Lentor Hills Residences offers 598 premium residential units in all towers, with unit sizes ranging from 452 square feet (sq ft) for one-bedroom to 1,399 sq ft for four-bedroom.

Dual key units range from 1,302 sq ft to 1,399 sq ft.

Prices for one-bedder start at $945,000, around $1.356m for two-bedder, $1.822m for three-bedder, and $2.353m for four-bedder. The price for dual key units starts at $2.642m.

The 99-year leasehold project is expected to TOP in December 2026.

Sales booking for the property will start on 8 July.
