Starhill Global REIT CEO Ho Sing to step down in August

A search for a new CEO is underway following the announcement.

Starhill Global REIT’s CEO and executive director, Ho Sing, will retire with effect from 10 August 2026.

A search for his replacement is underway, and an announcement will be made in due course, the REIT’s manager, YTL Starhill Global REIT Management Limited, said in an SGX filing dated 11 February.

Ho has served in the role since 20 April 2010, and currently holds 150,000 units in Starhill Global REIT.

He is responsible for formulating and executing strategies and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the REIT and its manager.

The board stated that there are no unresolved differences in opinion on material matters between Ho and the board.
