Which sites are included in the 2H23 GLS programme?

The 2H23 programme comprises eight confirmed list sites and nine reserved list sites.

Singapore has further ramped up its Confirmed List of private housing by 26% in 2H23 from 1H23, reaching its highest supply in a decade.

Data from the Ministry of National Development (MND) showed that the total Confirmed List supply for 2023 will be 9,250 with the addition of the sites from the 2H23 Government Land Sales (GLS) programme.

Under the 2H23 GLS programme, there are eight Confirmed List sites and nine Reserve List sites.

The 17 sites can yield about 8,590 private residential units, 98,250 sqm gross floor area (GFA) of commercial space and 530 hotel rooms.

Seven of the eight Confirmed List sites are private residential sites, whilst one is an Executive Condominium (EC) site. 

Collectively, these sites can yield about 5,160 private residential units (including 560 EC units) and 4,900 sqm GFA of commercial space.

Meanwhile, the Reserve List comprises six private residential sites, including two EC sites, one commercial site, one White site and one hotel site. Together, the Reserve List sites can yield an additional 3,430 private residential units, including 855 EC units, 93,350 sqm GFA of commercial space and 530 hotel rooms.
