FSL Trust unit offloads Cumbrian Fisher chemical tanker

The vessel is sold to an unrelated third party.

First Ship Lease (FSL) Trust unit FSL-1, Inc. has entered into a memorandum of agreement to sell the vessel Cumbrian Fisher to an unaffiliated third party who lodged a 10% deposit in escrow.

The vessel is a 12,921 deadweight tonnage (DWT) chemical tanker built at Samho in South Korea in 2004 and has been employed under bareboat charter.

Details of the disposal will be disclosed upon the completion of the transaction.
