Halom Investments buys 150 million shares in Marco Polo Marine

The purchase was made via a secondary market deal on 22 January.

Halom Investments Pte. Ltd., controlled by Michael Kum, a veteran in the marine industry, has acquired 150 million shares of Marco Polo Marine Ltd.

The shares were purchased from existing shareholder Apricot Capital Pte. Ltd. through a secondary market transaction on 22 January.

Marco Polo Marine, a regional integrated marine logistics company, has been listed on the SGX Mainboard since 2007.
