Rex International Holding Limited's subsidiary, Rex Oman, has initiated a process to explore debt financing alternatives for its Oman activities.

The proceeds will be used for capital expenditure on Masirah Oil Limited’s assets in Oman and general corporate purposes.

The new financing will be incurred by an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Rex, according to a bourse filing.
