Seatrium names Adrian Teng as new CFO

Teng will begin his duties as CFO on 1 January 2024.

SGX-listed Seatrium has appointed Teng Wei Ann (Adrian Teng) to be its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Teng will take on the post on 1 January 2024. As CFO, Teng will oversee accounting, corporate finance, treasury management and tax management.

Before his stint at Seatrium, the 52-year-old finance expert served as group CFO and COO of Clifford Capital Holdings, group finance director and executive director of Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited, and group treasurer of Jardine Matheson Limited.

Teng is also affiliated with the United Kingdom’s Association of Corporate Treasurers and the United States’ Association of Financial Professionals.
