Starhub inks deal with Perx Technologies for new digital loyalty programme

Customers will enjoy instant rewards and more personalised engagements.

Telecom company Starhub has forged a partnership with enterprise cloud platform Perx Technologies to drive its new rewards digital loyalty programme, Perx tech announced.

Starhub employs Perx Technologies’ data-driven Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to slash time-to-market in the My StarHub app. Through streamlined enhancements into the app, the company launches the new loyalty feature where customers will experience instant rewards and a simplified enrolment process via point scoring. As their spending increases, customers will be able to unlock more valuable prizes and services.

The app was launched in October, where enhancements also included tailored birthday messages for app users.
