Another deal in the bag: SingTel seizes Adconion and Kontera for $448m

Amobee poised for digital advertising market dominance.

SingTel is deepening its footprints in the digital advertising platform. Amobee, its wholly-owned subsidiary, today announced that it has signed agreements to acquire the Adconion group and digital content company Kontera.

Adconion is a cross channel digital advertising company with offices in 20 countries. It will be acquired for approximately $261m (USD 209m), excluding debt.

On the other hand, Kontera will be acquired for approximately $187m (USD 150m). Kontera is a digital content intelligence and marketing technology company with offices in the US, UK and Israel.

The acquisition is aimed at deepening the reach SingTel’s one-stop digital advertising platform.
