How affordable is internet access in Singapore?

The common entry-level speed in the country is the 500 Mbps bandwidth. 

Singapore is amongst the countries with the most affordable internet access worldwide, according to Picodi.

In a report, Picodi said users with 500 Mbps bandwidth pay US$22 ($29.74) per month on average.

Picodi also found that gigabit internet got cheaper by an average of 5% in four years in Singapore. 

The cheapest access to the 1 Gbps bandwidth is available at US$27.7 ($37.89) per month.
