Global Logistic Properties incorporates two subsidiaries

The new Guernsey-based firms will focus on investment holding.

Global Logistic Properties Limited (GLP) incorporated two indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries and one indirect jointly-controlled entity.

According to an announcement, EIP Guernsey Limited and EDP Guernsey Limited were incorporated in Guernsey for €1 each. The two will focus on investment holding.

Meanwhile, Nagareyama GK was incorporated in Japan for ¥100,000. Its principal activity focuses on generation and supply of electric energy.
