ComfortDelGro appoints Yap Chee Khean as Group COO

He served as co-CEO of the Indonesian automotive firm Astra Digital Mobil.

ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited has named Yap Chee Khean as Group COO, effective 15 October.

Before his appointment, Yap served as co-CEO of Astra Digital Mobil, an Indonesian digital automotive company under Astra International.

He has held senior roles across conglomerates and consumer businesses, including Jardine Matheson and Carlsberg Group.

Yap holds a Bachelor of Commerce and has completed an executive programme at INSEAD Business School.

As Group COO, Yap will work closely with the Managing Director/Group CEO and the senior management team.
