Mercedes Benz beats BMW as Singapore's best-selling car in 2013

New registration of cars hit 3, 871.

According to the data released by the Land Transport Authority, Mercedes Benz emerged as the top car make in 2013, elbowing out rival B.M.W. New registration of cars for Mercedes Benz totalled 3, 871 while that of B.M.W. recorded 3,729 registrations. Brands Toyota, Volkswagen, and Audi followed respectively.

Last year, Merceds Benz also took the top spot by car make.
