Cogent Holdings promotes Benson Tan Min Cheow to CEO

He will replace Tan Yeow Khoon in the CEO position.

Cogent Holdings announced the appointment of Benson Tan Min Cheow to chief executive officer and executive director effective 1 January 2015.

Mr Tan, 32, will be responsible for the general management and oversees the business operations of the company and its subsidiaries. He will retain his post as executive director.

He is currently deputy CEO and executive director of Cogent Holdings since March 2013 and CEO and executive director of Cogent Land Capital since April 2012. Before this, he was group general manager of Cogent Holdings from February 2010 to February 2013, according to a Cogent Holdings report.
