Lum Chang secures $32.9m tunnel deal for Teck Ghee Station

Work is expected to be completed in July 2029.

Lum Chang Interior Pte. Ltd. has secured a $32.9m contract for the supply, fabrication, installation, construction, and completion of a tunnel to the Teck Ghee Station.

The contract involves the North-South Corridor tunnel between Sin Ming Avenue and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3, as well as the future underground structure.

Works commenced on 10 July 2026 and is expected to be completed on 7 July 2029.

Teck Gee Station is part of the Cross Island Line, an MRT line currently under construction.

Lum Chang Interior is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lum Chang Creations Limited (LCC). As of 30 April 2026, LCC’s order book was at $144m.

LCC recently moved to the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange.
