Chang Cheow Teck resigns as president of Singapore Technologies Aerospace

He has stepped down to pursue personal commitments.

Singapore Technologies Engineering announced the resignation of Chang Cheow Teck as president of Singapore Technologies Aerospace effective 1 July 2014.

Tan Pheng Hock, the group's president and CEO, will oversee the business of ST Aerospace until a successor is appointed. To facilitate a smooth transition, Mr Chang will take on a role as advisor to Mr Tan until 31 December 2014.

Mr Chang, 54, was in charge of the overall management of the Aerospace sector.

He was appointed to the post 1 May 2010.
