Gan Pin Pin steps down as SP Corporation CFO
She will pursue further career opportunities.
The Board of SP Corporation announced the resignation of Gan Pin Pin as chief financial officer effective 30 June 2013.
Ms Gan, 40, was responsible for all aspects of accounting, internal control compliance, financial planning and reporting, according to an SP Corporation report.
She was appointed to the post 14 January 2011.
