Michael David Hamer parts ways with Macquarie International Infrastructure Fund

He has decided to step down as independent director due to the increasing demands of his other professional interests.

The Board of Macquarie International Infrastructure Fund announced the resignation of Michael David Hamer as independent director.

Mr Hamer, 62, was appointed to the post 7 February 2005, according to a Macquarie International Infrastructure Fund report.
