Natural Cool appoints Leaw Weu Siang as Chief Financial Officer

He will supervise the Group’s various functions of accounting, financial reporting, cost management accounting, foreign exchange management, and financial systems.

The Board of Natural Cool Holdings Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr Leaw Wei Siang as Chief Financial Officer. He meets the selection criteria and is nominated by the management to the Board for consideration. The Board having considered the candidate's background, academic and working experience, gave its approval for the appointment.

Mr Leaw is tasked oversee the various functions of accounting, financial reporting, cost management accounting, foreign exchange management, credit control, management information system, tax, cash flow planning and financial systems of the Group, according to a Natural Cool report.

In the past he was Chief Financial Officer of S-Team Switchgear Private Limited from November 2008 to December 2011. Before this he was Senior Finance Manager of SMB Electric Pte Ltd from June 2000 to November 2008 and Accountant of Oiltools Pte Ltd from March 1998 to May 2000.
