Natural Cool Holdings Chief Financial Officer resigns

Mr. Yun was tasked to supervise the various functions of accounting, financial reporting, cost mangement accounting.

Natural Cool Holdings announced the resignation of Yun Chee Keen as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Yun Chee Keen has been with the Company since 2005. He played a major role in the Company's initial public offering in April 2006. He has decided to move on to take on another opportunity presented to him. After spending 6 years with the Company, he felt that new blood should be induced to the Chief Financial Officer position. The Board has reviewed and accepted his resignation.

He was responsible for overseeing the various functions of accounting, financial reporting, cost mangement accounting, foreign exchange management, credit control, management information system, tax, cash flow planning and financial systems of the Group, according to a Natural Cool Holdings report.
