Chemoil Energy's CFO and COO resigns
Mats Henrik Berglund was hired as CEO of Pacific Basin Shipping Ltd in Hong Kong.
The Board of Chemoil Energy announced the resignation of Chemoil Energy as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. His resignation is estimated to take effect in mid May 2012.
Mr. Berglund, 49, will resign to take up a new appointment as CEO of Pacific Basin Shipping Limited in Hong Kong, according to a Chemoil Energy report.
Mr. Berglund was appoinyted to the post last Mar 3, 2011.
