Falcon Energy Group names Chan Guan Ngang Christopher as Director
Mr Chan is a former Vice President of Overseas Union Bank.
The Board of Falcon Energy Group has reviewed the qualifications and working experience of Mr. Chan Guan Ngang Christopher and, with the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, is of the view that based on his working experience, he will be able to contribute positively to the Company.
Mr Chan, 63, is a Member of Audit & Risk Management Committee of Mount Alvernia Hospital from 2011 to present. In the past he was Vice President of Overseas Union Bank from 1982 to 2000, according to a Falcon Energy Group.
This signals chemical firm Eastman’s commitment to its Asian clients.
