R H Energy appoints Xiao Desheng as Executive Director
His past experiences and qualifications convinced the Board that he is fit to undertake the position.
The Board of RH Energy Ltd. has appointed Xiao Desheng as Executive Director on 25 October.
Earlier, Mr Xiao, 48, was appointed as President of Zoneda Energy Ltd and is responsible for its overall operations in Alberta, Canada, according to an RH Energy report.
In the past, he was Corporate Business Development Director R H International Pte Ltd, (2007 to 2011) where he was in charge of corporate and investment matters; Deputy Team Leader and Project Manager (2004 to 2007), in charge of the planning of LNG storage station and project research in China Petroleum LNG Work Team; and Manager (2004), in charge of market development of Natural Gas and project research of gas pipeline transmission in Qinghai Oil Field Branch Natural Gas Project Department.
