The Board of RH Petrogas announced the appointment of Peter Ng Choong Joo as Executive Director upon the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, which had reviewed his qualification and experience, according to an RH Petrogas report.
Mr. Ng, 66, will be tasked to provide strategic oversight of the Group's financial functions, including oversight of capital, finance and treasury.
