Sembcorp Marine appoints Tan Sri Mohd Hassan Marican as Board Director
He is the former President & CEO of Petronas.
Tan Sri Mohd Hassan Marican has been appointed as an independent Director on the Board of Sembcorp Marine with effect from 1 October 2011.
The industry veteran spent 15 years as the President & CEO of Petroliam Nasional Berhad from 1995 until his retirement in February 2010. He currently serves as a director of Sarawak Energy Berhad, Sembcorp Industries, Singapore Power and Lambert Energy Advisory Ltd.
Tan Sri Mohd Hassan Marican holds an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Malaya and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
