Asiasons WFG Financial appoints Kwok Wei Woon as Director

The Board of Asiasons WFG Financial announced the appointment of Kwok Wei Woon as Director. The Nominating Committee ("NC") has reviewed and recommended the appointment of Mr Kwok, taking into consideration his background and experience. The Board of Directors having considered the NC's recommendation and suitability of Mr Kwok, has accepted and approved the appointment of Mr Kwok as an independent director.
Mr Kwok, 39, is also an Executive Director of JP Morgan since March 2011. Prior to this, he was Managing Director / Chief Investment Officer of Platinum Capital Management (Asia) Pte Ltd from December 2008 to December 2010 and Director, Advisory Consultant, Greater China of UBS AG, Singapore from September 2007 to December 2008, according to an Asiasons WFG Financial report.
