DBS Group Holdings names Andre Sekulic as Director
Mr. Sekulic has worked for MasterCard Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa for more than 10 years.
The Board of DBS Group Holdings announced the appointment of Andre Sekulic as Director. The Board had considered the Nominating Committee’s recommendation and assessment on his background and experience and also undertook a thorough assessment of the independence of Mr Sekulic, and is satisfied with the value that he can contribute to the Board, according to a DBS Group Holdings report.
Mr Sekulic, 61, has worked for MasterCard Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa from 1998 to 2009.
