Thai Village Holdings names Foo Der Rong as Director

Mr Foo will aldo be Chairman of Remuneration Committee, a member of Audit and Nominating Committees.

The Board of Thai Village had reviewed the qualification and experience of Mr Foo Der Rong and approved his appointment as the Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company Based on the recommandation of Nominating Committee, according to a Thai Village Holdings report.

Mr Foo, 60, was Managing Director and Chief Executive Director of PSC Corporation Ltd from 1 August 1990 to 31 March 2012). Prior to this he was Executive Director of Intraco Limited from 3 December 2003 to 31 March 2012 and Executive Director of Tat Seng Packaging Group Ltd from 21 November 2005 to 31 March 2012.
