Asiamedic names Mark Allan Erhart as Director
Mr. Erhart is Founder and Managing Director of Sentosa Capital Advisors Pte Ltd, Singapore from 2010.
The Board of Asiamedic announced the appointment of Erhart Mark Allan as Director. The Nominating Committee has reviewed the credentials and experience of Mr Erhart and recommended his appointment as Independent Director of the Company. The Board of Directors has accepted and approved his appointment based on the recommendation of the Nominating Committee.
Mr. Erhart, 49, is Founder and Managing Director of Sentosa Capital Advisors Pte Ltd, Singapore from 2010 to present. Before this. he was Executive Director, Healthcare, Mubadala Development Company PJSC, Abu Dhabi, UAE from 2006 to 2010 and Vice President, Corporate Development, Parkway Group Healthcare Pte Ltd, Singapore from 2002 to 2010.
