Amara Holdings appoints Foo Ko Hing as director

The Board of Amara Holdings announced the appointment of Foo Ko Hing as non-executive director.

Mr Foo, 55, is currently executive director (Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning) of Cerealtech. In the past, he was CEO of Rotol Singapore from April 2007 to November 2007, according to an Amara Holdings report.
