Akamai appoints Frederic Moraillon as marketing VP for Asia Pacific Japan

He will be reporting to Sanjay Singh, Vice President for Asia Pacific Japan .

Based in Singapore and reporting to Sanjay Singh, Vice President for Asia Pacific Japan at Akamai, Frederic is responsible for driving overall branding, field marketing and public relations functions with a focus on strategic growth opportunities across APJ.

Sanjay said: “We are very excited to have Frederic join us as we strengthen the leadership team in this fast-growing and diverse region. His extensive experience in business-to-business marketing and sales will be a great asset to us as we continue to help companies accelerate their business into the hyperconnected world. We look forward tohaving Frederic lead the team to identify market opportunities, as well as,develop, articulate and implement our go-to-market strategies across
multiple industries in the region.”

Frederic has held senior leadership roles with Business Objects, SAS Institute, PeopleSoft Inc., and Silicon Graphics. He has also led, coached, and been part of, numerous start-ups including a number of successful specialist software vendors. Prior to joining Akamai, Frederic was running a boutique public relations firm and software sales business.
