China XLX Fertiliser's Company Secretaries resign

Jeremy Cheah Soon Ann and Foo Soon Soo relinquished their duties.

The Board of China XLX Fertiliser announced the resignation of Jeremy Cheah Soon Ann and Foo Soon Soo as Company Secretaries effective 31 August 2012.

Mr Cheah, 36, and Mr Foo, 54, will pursue other career opportunity, according to a China XLX Fertiliser report.

Both of them were appointed to the post 11 May 2007.
