Ho Kang Peng parts ways with Plastoform Holdings

His busy work schedule and personal commitment prompted him to resign his post.

The Board of Plastoform Holdings announced the resignation of Ho Kang Peng as independent director.

Mr Ho, 58, was appointed to the post 21 August 2006, according to a Plastoform Holdings report.
