Longcheer Holdings names Yuen Kwok Hon as Chief Financial Officer
Mr Yuen was in charge of overseeing the financial and accounting functions of the Group.
The Board of Longcheer Holdings announced the appointment of Yuen Kwok Hon as Chief Financial Officer. The Board approved the appointment of Mr Yuen upon recommendation of the Audit Committee for appointment after the selection process which included a review of his qualifications and experience.
Mr Yuen, 35, is responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting functions of the Group, including treasury, tax, corporate secretarial, legal and IT, and investor relations, according to a Longcheer Holdings report.
In the past, he was Financial Controller of Futong Technology (HK) Company Limited from 2009 to 2012. Prior to this, he was Finance Manager of Matsunichi Communication Holdings Limited from 2005 to 2008 and Finance Manager of IIN International Limited from 2001 to 2005.
