Lorenzo International appoints Choo Yong Fee as Director

Mr. Choo worked in Cheng Meng Furniture Company (Private) Limited for 40 years.

The Board of Lorenzo International announced the appointment of Choo Yong Fee as director. In line with the Code of Corporate Governance 2005, Mr Choo Yong Fee was nominated and assessed by the Nominating Committee. On the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, the Board approved of Mr Choo's appointment as Independent Director based on his qualifications and experience, according to a Lorenzo International report.

Mr. Choo worked with Cheng Meng Furniture Company (Private) Limited since 1972. He was appointed as a Deputy Managing Director in the past ten years.
