New Toyo International Holdings appoints Victoria Tay Seok Kian as Director
She is Senior HR Director of Edwards Lifesciences Asia Pacific.
The Board of New Toyo International Holdings announced the appointment of Victoria Tay Seok Kian as Director. The Nominating Committee (“NC”) had reviewed the qualifications and working experience of Ms Victoria Tay and recommended her appointment. The Board of Directors, having considered the NC’s recommendation, approved the appointment of Ms Victoria Tay as a Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company.
Ms Tay, 41, is currently Senior HR Director, Asia Pacific of Edwards Lifesciences Asia Pacific since July 2007. Prior to this she was HR Director of Asia Aviva Asia from October 2005 to January 2007 and HR Director, Asia Pacific of Exel Asia Pacific (now “DHL”) from April 2004 to September 2005, according to a New Toyo International Holdings report.
This signals chemical firm Eastman’s commitment to its Asian clients.
