WBL Corp appoints Lee Khai Fatt Kyle as Director
He was a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
The Board of WBL Corp announced the appointment of Lee Khai Fatt Kyle as Director. The Nominating Committee of the Company assessed Mr Lee's qualifications, experience and independence and recommended his appointment to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Lee, 60, is currently Director and Chairman of Audit Committee (from July 2011), Jurong International Holdings Pte. Ltd. November 2010 to present. Prior to this he was also a Partner (on date of retirement), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from November 1981 to June 2010, according to a WBL Corp report.
This signals chemical firm Eastman’s commitment to its Asian clients.
