Elektromotive Group appoints Lau Wing Tat as Director
He was a Director of ARN Investment Partners and Executive Director of Timbre Capital.
The Board of Elektromotive Group announed the appointment of Lau Wing Tat as Director. The Board fully supports the Nominating Committee's recommendation to appoint Mr Lau to the Board. The Nominating Committee has undertaken a comprehensive review of his qualifications and experiences, and are of the view that his appointment will enhance the Board's composition, accoridng to a Elektromotive Group report.
Mr Lau, 57, was the Director of ARN Investment Partners Pte Ltd. from October 2010 to December 2011. He was also an Executive Director of Timbre Capital Pte Ltd. from December 2008 to September 2010 and Advisor to Siam Commercial Bank from May 2008 to July 2009.
