Regent Residences 70% sold in less than a week

126 out of 180 units were snapped up to-date since the 27-storey residential flat held preview last Oct.19.

Marketing agents from Huttons Real Estate Group said that the 54 remaining ones are all two-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 667 to 861 square. They are put on sale for an average price of $1,200 psf.

One-bedroom units which start at $500,000 were all sold during the first day of launch, agents reported.
The freehold property by Golden Villas is located in Seranggon and is expected to receive TOP on September 30, 2016.

According to marketing brochures, major selling points include the following:

• Located in centralise city fringe district 12 which spells high potential returns for resale and rental.
• Only approximately 500 meters away from Boon Keng MRT station.
• Close proximity to City Square Mall and NEX Shopping Mall
• Easy access to expressway like PIE and KPE.
