Duty Free International's Director Eugene Francis McCarthy resigns

Other work commitments forced Mr. McCarthy to abandon his post.

The Board of Duty Free International announced the resignation of Eugene Francis McCarthy as Director due to time constraints as a result of other work commitments.

Mr McCarthy, 49, exercised joint and several responsibilities with the Board of Directors of the Company, according to a Duty Free International report.

He was appointed to the post 21 February 2011.
