SingTel moves to fix "glitch-ridden" pay TV network

It's the most likely reason why the telco has struck new contacts for DSL hardware, said Maybank Kim Eng.

Telco network specialiast provider Ntegrator has agreed to provide a fresh batch of DSL hardware to SingTel, which the brokerage firm predicted "is part of SingTel's efforts to improve its glitch-ridden DSL-based pay TV network."

Ntegrator also supplies managed services to SingTel, including a contract from Huawei to manage SingTel's outsourced copper voice and data network infrastructure in Singapore.
