The Board of Teledata (Singapore) announced the resignation of Tan Swee Ling due to competing time commitments.

She is also an Independent Director, Remuneration Committee Member, and also Chairman of Audit Committee and member of Remuneration Committee, according to a Teledata (Singapore) report.
