JTC launches tender for two sites in Tuas

Tuas Bay Close has a bidding price of $17.5m.

Land plots at Tuas South Link 3 in the confirmed list and Tuas Bay Close under the reserve list are now available for tender, JTC said.

The first site, Tuas Bay Close, has a minimum bid price of $17.5m. It has a site area of 27,177.6 sqm and a lease period of 20 years. It is zoned for business-2 development and has a gross plot ratio of 1.7.

The tender will close on 13 March 2018.

Plot 18 in Tuas South Link 3, zoned for Business-2 development, has a site area of 0.43 ha and a gross plot ratio of 1.4. The site has a lease period of 20 years.

The tender will close on 27 March 2018 at 11 a.m.

Plot 23, also zoned for Business-2 development, has a site area of 0.63 ha and a gross plot ratio of 1.4. It also has a lease period of 20 years.

The tender will close on 27 February 2018 at 11 a.m.
