OUE buys four dormant companies

The total consideration price was $0.23m.

OUE Limited (OUE) acquired four dormant companies.

According to an announcement, OUE's indirectly owned subsidiaries PT Alpha Sentra Prima and OUE Beta Pte Ltd bought shares representing 98% and 2% of the total in four companies.

Shares in PT Adyaksa Adil Sejahtera, PT Megapilar Perkasa Mandiri, PT Rajata Andakarsa Mulia were bought for $60,000 each.

Shares in PT Puspita Mandiri Loka were bought for $50,000.

Following the acquisition, the four companies are now indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company.
