Chart of the Day: Marina Bay takes up a third of upcoming office supply

Over 1.53 million sqft of it will be rolled out in 2022.

This chart by Knight Frank Research reveals that 2.67 million sqft out of the 7.9 million sqft GFA of upcoming office supply in Singapore will be located in Marina Bay/Raffles Place precinct by 2022.

Over half or 1.53 million sqft of the said space will be launched in 2022, whilst 755,000 sqft of office spaces will be out by 2021. About 384 sqft will be rolled out in 2020.

Following Marina Bay are suburban offices, which will take up 1.68 million sqft GFA of space, and Shenton Way precinct will account for 1.26 million sqft of the total upcoming office supply.
